RESTAURANT & VENDOR BOOKINGS
The table you wanted, held under your name.
Good restaurants in Seoul book up days out, and a lot of the best ones only take reservations by phone, in Korean. We call, we hold the table, we confirm the time. You walk in and sit down like anyone else.

- IMPORTANT: Popular restaurants, particularly Michelin 2-3 star restaurants or those featured on TV shows tend to get booked months in advance.

TRAIN TICKETS
KTX and Korail, booked and confirmed.
The KTX booking site isn’t built for a first-time visitor, and seat availability moves fast on popular routes. Tell us your dates and where you’re headed. We book the train and the seat, then send the confirmed ticket straight to you.

- We book it, you pay Korail’s fare, no markup.

- IMPORTANT: Major holidays, like Seollal (Lunar New Year) and Chuseok (Fall Harvest Festival) get booked quickly.

EVENT & SPORTS TICKETS
Baseball games, concerts, the seats that sell out fast.
Interpark and the other ticketing sites run almost entirely in Korean, and popular games and shows move quickly once they go on sale. We handle the purchase and let you know what to expect once you’re in the stadium or venue.

AIRPORT PICK UP
A driver waiting when you land.
Incheon and Gimpo are both a long way from anywhere useful, and a taxi queue after a long flight is nobody’s idea of a good time. We arrange a driver timed to your actual flight, whether you’re arriving or heading back out.

Service-specific questions
How far in advance should I book a train ticket?
The earlier the better. Tickets usually go on sale one month before departure. Korea’s large holidays, Seollal and Chuseok, get booked quickly. Those holidays are based on the lunar calendar and change each year. Here are the upcoming dates:

Seollal | Feb. 7-9
Chuseok | 14-16
Can you get a same-day restaurant reservation?
We can try, but we need at least a four-hour advance notice. Note that popular restaurants that are featured highly in the Michelin Red Guide and on TV (Culinary Class Wars) tend to get booked months in advance.
What happens if my flight is delayed for airport pick up?
We understand that headaches happen when traveling. We need to know as soon as you know if your flight time changes, at least six hours lead time.
How will I know if a sports game or concert is sold out?
We will let you know immediately. We check the same day we get your request.
