Baseball games, concerts, anything on Interpark. We secure it and tell you what to expect once you get there.

ZenKimchi Concierge is a small, human-staffed team based in Korea, backed by local researchers who actually get things booked. Someone on our team checks every request by hand. You handle it all from the form. You’ll get a flat rate. You’ll know the price before you commit to anything.

We’re new and building our track record. These are launch prices, they’ll rise as demand grows, so this is a good time to try us.
Restaurant & Vendor Bookings
$25 service fee
$18
- Plus the cost of your reservation, meal, or order.
- We charge the fee only, restaurants bill you directly.
- Service fee is for 4 guests.
- $30 | 5-8 guests
- Maximum 8 guests per booking
- IMPORTANT: Popular restaurants, particularly Michelin 2-3 star restaurants or those featured on TV shows tend to get booked months in advance.

Train Tickets
$25 service fee
$18
- Plus the price of your KTX or Korail ticket.
- We book it, you pay Korail’s fare, no markup.
- Service fee is for 4 guests.
- $30 | 5-8 guests
- Maximum 8 guests per booking
- IMPORTANT: Train tickets open for booking one month before departure.
- IMPORTANT: Major holidays, like Seollal (Lunar New Year) and Chuseok (Fall Harvest Festival) get booked quickly.

Event & Sports Tickets
$25 service fee
$18
- Plus the ticket price.
- We handle the ticket purchase, you pay face value
- We book it, you pay the venue ticket price, no markup.
- Service fee is for 4 guests.
- $30 | 5-8 guests
- Maximum 8 guests per booking
- IMPORTANT: Baseball tickets tend to open for booking one week before the game.

A few things worth knowing upfront
What are your hours?
We’re available 10:00 to 19:00 KST. We don’t currently offer after-hours or emergency support.
Do I need to speak Korean?
No. That’s the whole point. We handle the Korean-language calls, bookings, and confirmations for you.
What if I need something outside these four services?
Right now we stick to train bookings, restaurant reservations, event and baseball ticketing, and airport transport. Ask anyway. If it’s outside what we do, we’ll just tell you.
